Creative Head Rentals – Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Creative Head Rentals, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our clients. However, to ensure fairness and availability of our equipment for all customers, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy for equipment hire bookings:

1. Cancellations Before 48 Hours of Booking Datequipment hire bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking date will not incur any cancellation fees. You will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Booking Date

Equipment hire bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total hire cost. The remaining 50% will be refunded.


3. Cancellations After the Booking Date Has Commenced

    • Any cancellations made after the booking date has commenced must be paid in full. No refunds will be issued for cancellations at this stage.


    • Deposits: If a deposit has been paid prior to the booking, the remaining balance must be paid in full upon cancellation. The client is responsible for settling the full hire amount, regardless of deposit status.

4. Early Return of Equipment

If equipment is returned earlier than the agreed-upon return date, no discounts or refunds will be provided. The full hire cost must be paid as the booking was made for the full duration.
